We are living through a time of deep uncertainty. Rising fascism, ecological collapse, and intersecting crises are shaking the foundations of our societies. The systems that uphold oppression are tightening their grip—and yet, cracks are appearing. We are at a turning point. Institutions, organisations, and communities are being called to reckon with histories of oppression, power imbalances, and inherited patterns that no longer serve us. Thereby actively addressing and repairing past harms. The question is not if change will happen, but how we will relate to it—whether we resist, react, or step into the deeper work of transformation. In these moments of rupture, we have a choice: to hold on to what is crumbling or to step into the difficult, necessary work of transformation.
